Unit 4 was a little difficult but i kinda worked myself through it. It took alot of thinking. After each passage or poem we had 30 questions to about all of them. Of course me i get stuck and confused on big words and it makes it difficult to compete. However i didmt leave them empty instead i just guessed. 

So today we got in groups and was each assigned a prompt. We got four papers for each prompt. On these papers we had to answer the prompt by picking a character from a novel or play and talk about it by showing evidence and back it up and the main topic. Meanwhile while doing this we rotated in groups. These prompts were a little difficult til we broke them down. At the end we wrote down questions about todays lesson and the trouble we want to fix about it. 

So today we got in groups and we discussed what we did yesterday in order. So i was in the middle. I talked about the vocabulary and defined it. Then i chose where it came from in the book. I read the definition and explained why i chose these words. Each group took their turns from chapter 17-18 about their assignments. After that we recieved a new take home assignment about 19-20. Now i actually like this chapter. This chapter reveals more secrets that will have you jaw dropped. Such way to treat children. I felt emotional and sick and believe children with no homes should be cared for and not sold.

Today in class be took up the quizzes. Then he passed out a paper which had different assignments on them. Mine had vocabulary where you look up words you dont know in chapter 17, define them, put the page number, and tell why you chose that word. Then we swapped papers and i got the researcher. Now this one i just dont know. But im going to see but it says to research weather amd culture about the books setting. I also see something about information on topics and illustration. The last thing i see is history on character based on historical person and history and derivations of one word used in the book.

Today in mr.rease class we thought we was about to take a quiz on "The Kite Runner" but he said this was a take home quiz. Next mr.rease gave us a prompt paper and ww discussed quite a bit such as charts, thesis statments, and defining important words relating to the prompt. We talked about old books such as Fences, The Color Purple and Macbeth. Along we took a few notes as well. Now we decided that the prompt will be our eqt essay for the 3rd quarter.  

In chapter 8, Amir has been ashamed to even speak on what he allowed to happen to Hassan. He didnt even want to tell anyone even when he asked for him himself. Baba and Ali wondered what was wrong with Hassan but Amir continued to lie. Baba and Amir were going to Jalalabad
