Today in Mr.Rease class we read the poems "Daddy" and "Lady Lazarus" by Sylvia Plath. One was about the thought of the world around her and how she felt and the other was about how her father could have still been here and she could be happy, but she's not. We made a claim at the end of todays lesson and shared it at the end of class. 

When i look in the mirror i see how have to smile to digues myself from looking unhappy when i really am a broken soul

Today in Mr.Rease class we got in groups and made a post stating how Rose, Troy, or Cory ideal of life is. Then we found evidence and made a paragraph.

Today in Mr.Rease class we finished reading fences and took notes. Then Mr.Rease assigned us to groups to make our own play based off a scene in the play. 

Today in Mr.Rease class we worked on our 2 claims and found evidence to back it up. Then we had a to write a paragraph combining the claim and evidence. Then we read the book toward the end of the book fences.

Today in Mr.Rease class we read the rest of fences all the way to the climax. In the climax Troy's friend Bono tells him that his affair with Alberta is getting out of hand and he she tell Rose. Troy soon tells Rose he has gotten Alberta pregnat and that theres nothing that can be done about it. 

Today in Mr.Rease class we read other people essays about Macbeth and underlined and noted unnecessary sentences and claims. We also checked for mis-spelled words and unnecessary repeated sentences

This week marks eqt week and we have a differ schedule. So we went to 3rd last. In Mr.Rease class we made it to act 1, scene 4. We also took notes again. And we will take our eqt tomorrow.

Today in Mr.Rease class we are starting a new play called fences. We took slight notes and watched a trailer of the movie.

Today we got back in groups from yesterday and played kahoot on the yellow wallpaper. My team won this time and we got 25 points.

Yesterday Oct. 1 we got in groups and had a question answering competition we didnt win but we had fun playing.
