Back at it again

Today in Mr.Rease class we was suddenly surprised with a piece of paper claim to not be a test. Nobody passed it. Then after that we continued the book "The Color Purple".

Today in mr.rease class we thought we was about to take a quiz on "The Kite Runner" but he said this was a take home quiz. Next mr.rease gave us a prompt paper and ww discussed quite a bit such as charts, thesis statments, and defining important words relating to the prompt. We talked about old books such as Fences, The Color Purple and Macbeth. Along we took a few notes as well. Now we decided that the prompt will be our eqt essay for the 3rd quarter.

Yesterday in Mr.Rease class we broke off into groups and was all assigned a poem. My poem was "Success is counted Sweetest". I created a summary, defined the words success, counted, and sweetest. I also found the figurative language and theme. Then we had to present to the class.

Mr.Rease Class 8/28/19

Yesterday in Mr.Rease we learned the meaning behind the "I Felt a Funeral in my Brain". In the poem I learned there was alliteration and imagery involved. We also defined hope, thing, and feathers. At the end of the day Mr. Rease announced that we have a test coming up. This test will be on figurative language, characterization, and composing a paragraph with a claim.
