Score for a 5 or above

Today we took out our poem "The Myth of Music" and finished our essays'. After we finished our essays', we recieved a packet of essays. We read the essays in the packet and graded them from a 0-9. After we read the essays we graded our classmates poem from 0-9. Not everyone did a good essay but there was one 7. This means i need to improve my skills on writing about thesis and literary devices. Soon i will have at least a 5 or above. If i just continue to practice my writing skills.

Unit 4 was a little difficult but i kinda worked myself through it. It took alot of thinking. After each passage or poem we had 30 questions to about all of them. Of course me i get stuck and confused on big words and it makes it difficult to compete. However i didmt leave them empty instead i just guessed.

unit 5

In unit 5 it started off with a story about a man and the risk he took to get back to safety after being trapped outside of a fire escape. There where a few questions relating to him and his comparisons and the way he felt about taking a chance. Also how he saw New York from the pov from the fired escape. The second one let be honest i forgot because i kept dozing off. I didnt find that one intresting however i did go back in the passage to find the answers. The 3rd was about a and and his son and about him wanting his son to do poetry or something wit his life.
